Our post-operative care evolves with you throughout the healing process. Early sessions focus on gentle manual lymphatic drainage to help reduce swelling and support the body’s natural recovery process. As healing progresses and incisions have adequately healed, therapeutic ultrasound may be incorporated to support tissue healing, help soften areas of firmness, and assist with fibrosis prevention and management. Red Light Therapy may also be incorporated to further support recovery and tissue wellness. Each session is adjusted according to your stage of healing and individual recovery needs.
